So since I’m a new mommy (avec le strechmarks) and I’m trying to live a more healthy lifestyle in my and my family’s best interest I’ve started with healthy food choices, although it is difficult considering my new busayy schedule (life) and workouts. I will be posting updates and tips on my journey.
At the end of my pregnancy I weighed a bit over 180lbs, I’m usually 130-135lbs. I lost most of my weight right after I gave birth and now weigh 145lbs. I love this weight I just gotta tone up n loose my belly completely. Time to get right Ladies!!
